A baked fish in foil with a lemony but minty taste. Try it. Quick and Healthy. You will want to make it over and over again.

  • 2 whole small fresh fish
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Natural Sea Salt
  • ½ tbsp Fresh Black Fresh Pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint


  • Rinse and pat dry the fish and cut slits through the top part of the fish
    Whole Fresh Fish ready for baking
  • Spread with your palm of the hand olive oil all over the fish, in the cavity and all over.
  • Add salt and pepper all over generously and stuff it with lemon and mint
    Whole Fish stuffed and ready to be baked
  • Bake on 220 C/425F for 18-20 minutes.
  • Ready!
