Baked Fish in Foil with Lemon and Mint

- 2 whole small fresh fish
- 2 lemons
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Natural Sea Salt
- ½ tbsp Fresh Black Fresh Pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh mint
Rinse and pat dry the fish and cut slits through the top part of the fish
Spread with your palm of the hand olive oil all over the fish, in the cavity and all over.
Add salt and pepper all over generously and stuff it with lemon and mint
Bake on 220 C/425F for 18-20 minutes.
Ready!
