Grilled Fish on a bed of carrots
This recipe can be made from a dogfish which gives truly exciting fish steak flavor. The dogfish
steak with sautéed carrots and the bed of veggies is a perfect combination. It is easy to make, healthy and has a low glycemic index.

Servings: 4 people
- 4 steaks Fish Dogfish, SwordFish, Shark
- 2 Green Peppers
- 1 Shredded Zucchini
- 4 Carrots
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup chopped parsley
- ½ tbs fresh pepper
- ½ tbs Natural Sea Salt
- 1 big tomato
- 1 cup white wine
Wash and dry the fish steaks
Stir fry the peppers, onions, zucchini, and ground tomatoes with olive oil for 4
minutes or half-way cooked.
At the same time, sautee the carrots with olive oil for 4-5 minutes, as well.
Combined the veggies after and sauté with the wine until it boils for 3 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, chopped fresh parsley, and olive oil on fish steaks you can grill for 4 minutes on each side.
Serve immediately with garnished carrots and parsley. Enjoy!
