SHRIMPS WITH GARLIC AND LEMON
Absolutely delicious! This is my way to cook shrimps with garlic and lemon! Just like a hundred years ago. Succulent with balanced salty taste on the inside, sizzled with wonderful garlic flavors and the dash of lemon juice. The secret ingredient that makes this recipe so delicious – shrimps are cooked in the seawater an extra edge of the flavor of the sea. Perfect flavor, no need to use any extra salt.

Tap water should contain lots of natural minerals found in seawater, such as magnesium and calcium. And boil the water. When is boiling dip the raw shrimps in for 3-5 minutes. Then drain them.

Shrimps with Garlic and Lemon
- 1 lbs shrimps 1/2 kg
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil you can add a more, personal preference
- 2 garlic sliced
- 1 l water
- 7+1 tsp Natural Sea Salt 7 tsp for the seawater
- 2 tsp fresh pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
- Boil the water with the sea salt
- Boil the shrimps for 3-5 minutes
- Drain the shrimps. You can peel them but you can eat them crunchy
- Sizzled the garlic and lemon for 2 minutes
