GRILLED FISH ON A BED OF CARROTS
With this grilled fish recipe, I discovered dogfish and how it is cooked, as well as its taste. The dogfish steak with sautéed carrots and the bed of veggies is a perfect combination. It is easy to make, healthy and has a low glycemic index. Of course, you can use any fish steak from shark, swordfish et cetera.

This grilled fish recipe made with Carrots and Veggies is a perfect combination with a dogfish steak. I always try to not overcook it. Hence, I cook the carrots separately and only for a few minutes. Still halfway raw veggies.

Grilled Fish on a bed of carrots
steak with sautéed carrots and the bed of veggies is a perfect combination. It is easy to make, healthy and has a low glycemic index.
- 4 steaks Fish Dogfish, SwordFish, Shark
- 2 Green Peppers
- 1 Shredded Zucchini
- 4 Carrots
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup chopped parsley
- ½ tbs fresh pepper
- ½ tbs Natural Sea Salt
- 1 big tomato
- 1 cup white wine
- Wash and dry the fish steaks
- Stir fry the peppers, onions, zucchini, and ground tomatoes with olive oil for 4
minutes or half-way cooked.
- At the same time, sautee the carrots with olive oil for 4-5 minutes, as well.
- Combined the veggies after and sauté with the wine until it boils for 3 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper, chopped fresh parsley, and olive oil on fish steaks you can grill for 4 minutes on each side.
- Serve immediately with garnished carrots and parsley. Enjoy!
